Service Lead Pro – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Service Lead Pro. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform connecting customers with independent cleaning professionals. Please read carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service Lead Pro platform (“Platform”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you represent a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Your continued use after updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Agreement may also be confirmed through affiliated third-party websites or payment methods linked to our Platform.

2. Role of the Platform

Service Lead Pro is a digital marketplace that connects customers (“Clients”) with independent cleaning professionals (“Professionals”).

Professionals operate as independent contractors, not agents or employees of Service Lead Pro.

3. User Conduct & Responsibilities

All users must:

4. Bookings, Payments & Payment Handling

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to confirm bookings, credited towards the final fee.

Payments are securely processed and held in a segregated account, then released within 7 business days after service completion or re-clean.

Professionals may not accept direct payments and must deposit any cash payments within 24 hours. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

Refunds are only issued for clear breaches; fees compensate for time, effort, and labor, not guaranteed perfect results.

We reserve the right to withhold payments to resolve disputes or apply penalties.

5. Operational Standards

Excluded Services: Unless agreed in writing, services like pest control, heavy cleaning, rubbish removal, upholstery, and others are not included.

Penalties apply for no-shows, late arrivals, or failure to complete re-cleans on time.

6. Service Adjustments & Cancellations

Re-quotes must include timestamped photos; customers have 30 minutes to respond.

Cancellations more than 5 business days before service lose only the deposit; less than 5 days results in full fee charge.

Denial of access or false info results in a $250 call-out fee.

The platform may cancel bookings for safety or policy breaches and offer a refund or reassignment.

Eligible customers may request one free re-clean within 7 days of service if:

Issues must be reported before chargebacks. Unjustified chargebacks incur fees and potential blacklisting.

9. Photo, Video & Tracking

Photos/videos may be taken for quality control. Professionals are subject to GPS and device monitoring during service hours.

10. Termination Rights

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for serious breaches, with appeal rights within 14 days.

Professionals may cancel services without penalty if environments are unsafe or payment is withheld.

11. Dispute Resolution

Complaints are resolved through informal communication, mediation, arbitration, or court if necessary. Class actions are waived.

12. Indemnification

Users indemnify Service Lead Pro against damages arising from their actions or breaches.

13. Intellectual Property

All content and branding belong to Service Lead Pro; users license content they upload for business use.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

User data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Using the Platform means you consent to data collection as described.

15. Updates to Terms

Terms may be updated with 7 days’ notice posted on the Platform. Continued use means acceptance.

16. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by uncontrollable events like natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

17. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, unless the law says otherwise.

The Platform is provided “as-is” without guarantees. Use is at your own risk.
